Wise Women Travel is mostly about Women Who Travel, but couples, friends, and non-group members are all welcome on our trips. Although we always are a friendly place for Solo Traveler, those traveling on their own, many travelers choose to bring along a travel companion. We just ask that you are 40+ and have an interest in seeing the world. There are, of course, a specific set of considerations when it comes to planning solo trips, especially for women — chief among them, making the traveler feels safe and confident.
