AIRLINE RESERVATIONS AND PASSENGER NAMES: CAN BE MADE 11 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Photocopy of your passport, passport number, date and place of issue, and birth date are now required by many foreign governments, as well as some airlines, in order to confirm services. Names on your airline tickets must match the first and the last name(s) exactly as listed on your passport. It is the responsibility of the travel agent/traveler to verify that the name shown on the invoice exactly matches the traveler's passport name. PDT is not responsible for any ticket reissue charges or denial of boarding by an airline due to name discrepancy.


CHINA VISAS AND OTHER VISAS: Holland America will be pleased to secure your visa for a nominal fee. US Passports must be valid for at least six months AFTER the date of return and should have at least four (4) blank visa pages for visa stamps, excluding the non-visa pages. Passports should be sent to our office at least 75 days prior to departure date with a completed and signed Visa Application Form, one (1) passport-size (2"x 2") color photo, and payment by credit card or check. Visa fee is non-refundable, once the visa has been issued. We must forward all applications to the Chinese Consulate for their approval. Persons under the age of 18 years old will be required to also submit their original birth certificate to be forwarded to the Chinese Consulate for a Chinese Visa request.We cannot guarantee the acceptance of your visa application.
